Special Education Advocacy
Individualized support for families navigating the special education process. Services include educational record and IEP review, preparation for and attendance at IEP meetings, guidance regarding evaluations, eligibility, programming, placement, and behavior supports, and independent recommendations to help families participate meaningfully in educational decision-making.
School & District Consultation
Behaviorally informed consultation designed to help schools develop practical, evidence-based supports for students and staff. Services include Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), program review, staff coaching, data-based decision making, and consultation regarding individualized and systems-level behavioral supports.
Professional Development
Customized professional development for educators, paraprofessionals, related service providers, behavior analysts, and school teams. Training can be tailored to district needs and includes topics such as writing high-quality and measurable IEP goals, functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention planning, classroom behavior supports, data collection, Behavioral Skills Training (BST), and evidence-based supports for students with disabilities.
Independent Educational Consultation
Independent review of educational programming, IEPs, behavioral supports, assessments, and student data to help families and educational teams identify areas of need and make informed decisions. Consultation may include record review, observations, data analysis, written recommendations, and participation in educational planning meetings.
BCBA Consultation & Professional Mentorship
Individualized consultation and mentorship for behavior analysts and other professionals seeking support with school-based practice, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, staff training, supervision, FBAs/BIPs, data analysis, and effective collaboration within educational teams.
